Bride Valley Cheese

Bride Valley Cheddar is manufactured by the production team at Knockanore Farms – in 2019 we launched this brand which includes a range of flavoured mature cheddar cheese which compliment eachother. 

After several trials we settled on the combinations below as they compliment eachother and the quality cheddar being used in the mixture also. We only use quality, natural ingredients in our products and we work with retailers across Ireland to distribute these products.
