Cáisnua Crunchy Cheese

The manufacturing process is very simple:  we select the finest Irish Cheddar and cut it into cubes ready for cooking. The cubes are then seasoned before being cooked under vacuum using a special microwave oven and then bagged.  The company has a BRC AA Grade manufacturing operation in Fermoy, County Cork and is also an approved supplier to Marks & Spencer.
