Dairymaid is a completely natural, 100% Irish dairy spread made in Cork,using the finest West Cork cream. We make our products with cream sourced from fully traceable, free roaming and happy West Cork cows.

James Daly & Sons is one of Cork’s longest established food companies. We began trading butter at Cork’s famous Butter Market under the Bells of Shandon in 1871 and produced our first diary spreads at The Firkin Crane 1905.

West Cork’s lush landscape is ideal for grazing cattle. Thanks to the warm waters of the Gulf Stream, the region has one of the mildest and most temperate climates in Western Europe resulting in almost year-round grass growth. This means that West Cork Cows are grass-fed and consume an extremely natural diet.

The traditional pastures of this pristine, natural landscape also give cattle access to an abundance of wildflowers and herbs that gives their milk a unique flavour.
We use 100% West Cork cream in all of our dairy spreads bringing a taste of one of Ireland’s most spectacular regions to your table. Dairymaid sources all of its cream from free-roaming herds in West Cork. Our happy, grass fed cows produce some of the world’s best and most natural dairy products and is 100% traceable.
