Good4U is a family-run health food company based in Sligo, on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.

Taking inspiration from the natural beauty of their surroundings, they use all-natural ingredients to create super-nutritious tasty snacks and toppers.

Back in 2004 they first discovered sprouted seeds and were blown away by their inherent super health-giving properties. Backed by research from the University of Ulster they set out on a mission to make our Super Sprouts available to everyone and are delighted that this amazing superfood is still fuelling the company today.

Since then however, they’ve kept busy innovating with their product family now standing at 40.

They have created tasty wholesome snacks and toppers that pack a punch of nutrients including our delicious, guilt-free energy balls, protein balls, super seed snacks, savoury roasted pulse snacks, salad toppers, breakfast boosts and not forgetting the little ones our unique kids nutri balls.

One thing that remains constant is their commitment to producing healthy and honest products that are affordable and sustainable. Being a Bord Bia Origin Green verified member and achieving BRC accreditation helps them achieve their goals.
