Maria Lucia Bakes produces a premium range of gluten free, low sugar and keto , ambient products including; granola, porridge, crackers, cookies, bread mix and bars using clean label all-natural ingredients. Made in small batches to create a homemade appearance and taste and packed in retail and food service formats in a dedicated gluten free bakery with BRC accreditation. Founder, Maria Betts, was inspired to start a food business having helped her mother in the family tea rooms as a child growing up in Glendalough. Her passion today is creating delicious and healthy food for the whole family to enjoy including coeliacs and diabetics.
