Pestle + Mortar

Pestle + Mortar Award Winning Green Pesto is made fresh in Galway, Ireland, with all year round Irish grown basil and sweetened with mature Irish cheddar and Grana Padano cheeses. 

Our Pestle + Mortar Red Pesto has also received many awards for its rich flavour, which is derived from the olive oil content and the use of high-quality fresh red peppers and sweet, semi-dried Mediterranean cherry tomatoes.

We have now added a gorgeous range of hummus to the Pestle + Mortar family.  Our Classic Hummus is made with crushed chickpeas and sesame tahini, and just a hint of cumin and lemon.  Caramelised Onion Hummus is always a popular addition and we complete the trio with Irish Basil Pesto Hummus, which contains our homegrown basil.
