Beetroot and Orange Salad

This fresh salad with earthy beetroot and zingy orange drizzled with Avonmore Sour Cream tastes so good. So good that we find it hard to believe that it is so good for you.  Packed full of nutrients, health benefits and bursting with vitamin C.


  • 170ml (6fl. Oz) Avonmore Sour Cream
  • 250g packet of pre-cooked beetroot with no added vinegar
  • Segments taken from 2 oranges
  • Greens of 2 scallions, sliced finely
  • 1 small or ½ large red onion, sliced finely
  • 1 small or ½ large white onion, sliced finely


1. Slice the beetroot.
2.Peel and slice the orange.
3. Peel and slice the onions.
4. Arrange all ingredients on a salad plate, drizzle with Avonmore Sour Cream & enjoy
