This smoothie recipe is the perfect way to start your day. The banana provides lots of energy to get you through the morning. Blueberries are a superfood full of anti-oxidants that will boost your immune system during the cold spell. Plus it tastes sooo good!
Ingredients:
1 cup of Avonmore low fat milk
1 punnet of Keelings blueberries (or berries of your choice)
1 medium banana
1tbsp of skimmed milk powder(optional)
1/2 cup of ice cubes
1 teaspoon of honey(optional)
Method
Simply blend the low fat milk, punnet of blueberries (or berries of your choice), banana, skimmed milk powder, ice cubes and honey in a food processor until smooth.
Serve immediately.
