Breakfast Granola Bar

Method & Ingredients.

Heat oven to 160oC. Butter a 22cm square baking tin. Melt 100g Avonmore butter, 150g honey in a pan over a medium heat. Then, mix in 150g of Flahavan’s Oats and 200g of Flahavan’s Hi8 Muesli. Pour into the baking tray and flatten with a spoon. Bake for 40 minutes. Leave to cool slightly and cut into slices.  Store in an airtight container.
