Ingredients:
158g of Cadbury Dairy Milk (3 x 8 square bars)
227g of Keelings Irish Strawberries
Method:
- Melt the chocolate.
Quarter fill a small saucepan with water. Place a heat-proof glass bowl above the water. Break the Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate into the bowl. Slowly, melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Gently, stir the chocolate until melted.
- Wash the strawberries.
Wash the strawberries and gently pat dry with a towel.
- Dip in chocolate.
Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate. Place on a sheet of greaseproof paper. Refrigerate until set.
