Coole Swan Spiced Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
800ml Avonmore Milk
200ml Coole Swan
250g Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
115g Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, finely chopped
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
100ml of Avonmore cream, whipped (optional)
Method
Gently warm the milk with the chopped chocolates, cinnamon and salt, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
Whisk in the Coole Swan, heating until the mixture is warmed through.
Use a hand-held blender, or a whisk, and mix the hot chocolate until it’s completely smooth.
Serve very warm.
For an extra treat why not top with some Coole Swan whipped cream!
