Loading...This is a really easy cupcake recipe that will make 12 small buns.
Ingredients
- 125g self raising flour
- 125g castor sugar
- 125g Dairymaid Premium Spread
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 level teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Use an electric whisk to beat all the ingredients together. Divide into 12 paper cases and bake for 20 minutes in a pre- heated oven at 180 degrees.
Ice with melted white or milk chocolate and decorate with jellies, sweets and liquorice!
