Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes

2 eggs
1 and half cups of milk
1 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Half a cup of Dairymilk Chocolate, broken to small pieces.
sunflower oil, for frying

To Serve

Ice-cream and chocolate sauce!


Whisk together the eggs and milk.

Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a  large bowl.

Make a well in the centre of the dry mix and add the egg and milk.

Whisk until fully combined and smooth.

Place a large lightly frying pan on a medium heat .

Spoon the mixture into the pan, sprinkle with a few chocolate chips.

When golden brown underneath, turn with a spatula a wait cook for a further 1-2 minutes when golden brown.

Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up.

Stack the pancakes and serve with ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
