Kilmeaden Melted Cheddar Cheese Sandwich

  • 4 slices of buttered white bread
  • 4 Slices of  Kilmeaden cheese
  • 1 tsp of Avonmore butter



  1. Take a slice of bread and butter lightly.
  2. Add sliced or grated Kilmeaden red cheddar cheese to the buttered bread
  3. Top with remaining slices of buttered bread and press firmly together.
  4.  Warm a frying pan to a low-medium heat
  5. Cook until golden brown on each side and the Kilmeaden cheese is melted to your liking.
    (We recommend around 3 minutes either side)
