It’s January, health and wellbeing is on all of our minds. As part of a balanced lifestyle, it is essential to get the right mix of good carbohydrate, protein, fibre and healthy fats. This sandwich recipe has a fantastic mix of the good carbohydrate and filling protein that will help you keep fuller for longer.


2 slices of McCambridge Wholewheat Bread
2 slices of Manor Farm chicken
1 large slice of cooked ham
Dairymaid Premium Spread
Ballymaloe Cranberry Relish
Bread stuffing (optional)
Salad leaves.
Salt and pepper


Take two slices of McCambridge Wholewheat Bread. Spread with a little Dairymaid Premium Spread Layer with some fresh salad leaves, Manor Farm cooked chicken, cooked ham. Add a spoon of Ballymaloe Cranberry Relish for a zingy twist. Sprinkle with onion stuffing (optional). Season with salt and pepper.
