It tastes divine and is so simple to prepare thanks to McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce, succulent Manor Farm Chicken, healthy Lakeshore Irish Rapeseed Oil and O’Hanlons Herbs. India on your table. 7 heaped tbsp/100g McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce
4 large Manor Farm chicken breasts
2 tbsp Lakeshore Irish Rapeseed Oil
1 large onion – diced
200ml coconut milk
100ml Avonmore Cream
Large bunch of O’Hanlons fresh coriander
Follow the directions to make 4 servings of McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce. As the sauce is cooking, cut the chicken into strips or cubes. Heat the oil in a wok or pan and stirfry the chicken for 5 minutes until cooked. Add the diced onion and cook for a further 2 minutes. Pour in the sauce, coconut milk and cream. Gently stir to allow fl avours to infuse for 2 minutes. Add in chopped coriander, stir and serve. Rice and naan bread optional.
