McDonnells Chicken Korma

Chicken & spice & all things nice. From Love Irish Food. With great ingredients even those who don’t have a lot of time on their hands can cook a feast. This Chicken Korma is just that. It tastes divine and is so simple to prepare thanks to McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce, succulent Manor Farm Chicken, healthy Lakeshore Irish Rapeseed Oil and O’Hanlons Herbs. India on your table. 7 heaped tbsp/100g McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce
4 large Manor Farm chicken breasts
2 tbsp Lakeshore Irish Rapeseed Oil
1 large onion – diced
200ml coconut milk
100ml Avonmore Cream
Large bunch of O’Hanlons fresh coriander



Follow the directions to make 4 servings of McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce. As the sauce is cooking, cut the chicken into strips or cubes. Heat the oil in a wok or pan and stirfry the chicken for 5 minutes until cooked. Add the diced onion and cook for a further 2 minutes. Pour in the sauce, coconut milk and cream. Gently stir to allow fl avours to infuse for 2 minutes. Add in chopped coriander, stir and serve. Rice and naan bread optional.
