Ingredients
175g/7oz Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets
200g/7oz Dairymaid Premium Spread
100g/4oz brown sugar
2 tbsp. Folláin Apricot Jam

Method
Preheat oven to 150C/300F/Gas Mark 2. Melt Dairymaid Premium Spread in a saucepan with the sugar and
Folláin Apricot Jam. Heat gently til dissolved. Stir in the Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets. Tip the mixture into a swiss
roll tin (22cm x 33cm) lined with parchment. Press out evenly using the back of a spoon. Bake in preheated
oven for 30 mins. or until golden brown. When ready, cut in to squares while still warm and leave to cool in tin.
