#FirstHarvest Irish Strawberries are now in season. Feast on delicious Irish strawberries with this quick, easy and healthy recipe. Try it with the kids – a great way to get them to eat healthy vitamin rich fruit.


1 cup of Keelings Irish strawberries, washed
1/2 cup of Flahavan’s oats
1 cup of low fat milk
3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1/2 cup of ice cubes


Simply blend the low fat milk, yoghurt, strawberries, oats,  and ice cubes in a food processor or Nutribullet. Serve immediately. Healthy & delicious!

Serve in washed recycled jam jars and decorate with a whole  strawberry.
